I booked an appointment to to have my sons whole house fitted with blinds, they were supposed to turn up between 5 and 8 and they never bothered to turn up or even ring to inform us that they weren't coming. How unprofessional. I was informed by Bishop Auckland shop that they had faxed the details through to head office, head office said they did not receive the fax. They just don't seem bothered about their prospective customers. I don't think that I will ever deal with these cowboys again. I have only put 1 star because it would not let me rate it as zero.
