He looks at you like your scum and is very unnapproachable as is the girl regularly on self serve. She is small with dark hair lots of make up and always chewing gum.I stopped trying to smile at her years ago and I don't like asking for help as she really can't be bothered. However the other staff are great and it's a nice clean shop.
